Tank Investigation

Analytical Testing

 Normally during a soil boring and field screen analysis, a  Photo-Ionization Detector (PID Meter) is used to determine the Volatile  Organic Compounds (VOCs) emitted from the soil. This PID meter is  basically a heightened nose for contamination. While these meters are  generally very accurate, sending a soil sample to a PADEP Certified  laboratory is highly recommended. Only NALEP-Accredited Laboratory  analyses are accepted as definitive proof of soil conditions in the eyes  of the state..
